What We Offer
Individual Counseling

In Individual therapy, the Therapist will meet with the individual one-on-one to address the chief issues that brought them into counseling. The approach to treatment varies from person to person. The therapist will provide a thorough assessment and create a treatment plan to determine goals for working in therapy. The Therapist will use a variety of evidenced- based treatments to effectively help the individual address the issues and improve their quality of life.

Length of Session: Length of session is typically discussed during the initial assessment and varies from person to person. Individual sessions are usually 45- 60 minutes.

Fee: Insurance covers most fees. Private Pay fees available

Adolescent Counseling

The therapist will provide comprehensive, strength based approaches to address some of the various challenges that children,adolescents and their parents experience.

Length of Session: Length of session is typically 45-60 minutes.

Fee: Insurance covers most fees. Private Pay fees available.

Family Counseling

In family therapy, the Therapist views the family as the primary unit of focus and the interactions of the individuals as key. The Therapist will utilize an integrative, multi-system, multi-method approach to treat the family and the key components ( family members) to address the dynamics and maladaptive patterns within the family unit.

The Therapist will provide comprehensive, strength based approaches to address some of the challenges families face to include: Co- parenting, divorce , Substance abuse, death of a loved one, blended families, medical issues, sexual abuse as an adult or child, sexual assault of a family member, domestic violence, parent- child relational issues, suppressed memories of trauma etc.

Length of Session: Family sessions are typically 60-90 minutes.

Fees: Insurance covers most fees. Private Pay fees available.

Couples Counseling

In couples counseling, the Therapist views the relationship as the primary unit of focus and the interactions of the individuals as key. The Therapist will meet with the couple to address issues within their relationship, develop goals for healthier interactions and improve the overall dynamics/ functioning of the relationship. The couple will rebuild a relationship with improved communication, trust, empathy and connection.

The Therapist will use an integrative approach to couples counseling, using methods of Gottman Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Length of Session: Couple sessions are typically 60-90 minutes.

Fees: Insurance covers most fees. Private Pay fees available.

Anger Management

Anger Management is offered for children and teens struggling with difficulties controlling their negative emotions. Anger Management is offered in a group and/or individual format. Please contact Pearl Vitality Counseling for more details on the curriculum.

Fees: Insurance covers most fees. Private Pay fees available.

Mental Health Evaluation

Pearl Vitality Counseling also offers a Mental Health Evaluation for employment.

Fees:$150 per evaluation.

Written Reports

Written reports are any reports required for court, employment or individual needs, that outlines the diagnostic impression and summary of treatment. The needs of the report will be discussed per request.

Fees:$150 per report.
